You would send your payment in with your States payment voucher (40V).  The following is the payment voucher, instructions, & the address to send it to.  Choose to download the form if it does not show up.

you may want to check the Alabama Dept of Revenue website.  many states have provisions to pay electronically using checking, savings, debit or credit card through their website.  probably a fee for debit or credit card free for checking or savings.   what's more they allow to set up future payment so if payment is due 7/15/2020 you can set it up now to be taken out on that date.- you'll be able to print documentation that shows you've done. 

note that the actual withdrawal or charge may be a couple of days later but you are not charged for late payment 

 

this this avoids the need to mail in the payment.
