You don't have to do anything special. Just file your tax return the same as you would if you were filing before April 15.
If you made a payment with the extension, make sure the payment is shown on Schedule 3 line 10. If it's not there, go back to Deductions & Credits and enter it.
Folks, you’re not getting it. I filled out all the forms, uploaded my documents, and then requested an extension because I was waiting on one item. I now want to file with the IRS so I can get my refund. How do I do that?
If TurboTax thinks you are done, you have to "reopen" your tax return to FILE.
Use the bizarre command trick "Add a State" to resume working on your tax return.
Otherwise, we can only guess at what your impediment might be.
