Sorry----you cannot switch from the CD/download to the online "Live" version. There is no "Live" tax expert help available with desktop software, nor can you transfer an already started desktop return into the online software for the same tax year. If you want to use online "Live" software you will be starting over.
Or if you want to stick with the desktop software in which you have already begun, you may ask questions here in the user forum.
