If you owed taxes for 2018 due to a one-time situation that you don't expect again in 2019, you may not need to pay Estimated Taxes.
TurboTax asked questions to determine whether you should pay Estimated Taxes in your return, and depending on how you answered them, added the first Estimated Tax Payment to your tax due.
You could go back into your return and go through that section again. If this changes your tax due (or does not add Estimated Tax), save a copy of your Original Filed Return and Amend your return.
Go to 'Other Tax Situations' and scroll down to 'Uncommon Tax Situations' and choose 'Show More'.
At 'Other Tax Forms', choose 'Show More' and Start/Revisit Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes (screenshot).

If you did not give yourself the credit for 'amount payed with request for extension'
Wait, IRS will probably correct that for you.
