??? Please explain exactly what you did.   You can't efile 2 original returns for the same person.   The second one should reject.

And if the second return was for a different person, be aware you can only prepare and file 1 Federal return per account.  A return for another person would have to be in a separate account.

Or by "2 tax returns" did you mean a Federal return and a State return?   In other words, we don't have any idea what you did.  You'll need to explain in full.

1 for each of my 2 jobs. It asked if I wanted to add another w2 so I did. It showed both refunds at the end. I already got one of them back, but it only shows the one. No sign of the other one or its status

The 2 refunds you are referring to are for state and Federal? Both w-2 goes on the same federal return and TurboTax will carry over the information to your state return.
