What is the rest of the story??

When you filed, did you say that no one else could claim you as a dependent, and therefore your efile return rejected because your dad had claimed you?

Who is rightly entitled to the claim?  

If your dad is entitled to claim you (i.e., if you are indeed his dependent), are you asking how to correct your return to say that someone else could claim you, and continue to resubmit the efile?
