I file my disabled son,who is 42 years old,as my dependant. He owes alot to child support. Will they take my check even if he is a dependant on It?

No.  Any tax refund on your tax return cannot be seized for the unpaid debts of a dependent claimed on the tax return.

No.  Any tax refund on your tax return cannot be seized for the unpaid debts of a dependent claimed on the tax return.
