I exercised Incentive Stock Options in 2019. When I did that before, TurboTax presented form 6251. But this year, it does not. How can I add form 6251?

It could be that you are not subject to Alternative Minimum Tax (Form 6251) this year, so TurboTax did not generate it for you.
