I E-filed on the 15th but it’s still showing as pending. Is this typical? Curious if I should mail my return.

Just because it is taking a little longer than the typical 24-48 hours for your return to get accepted doesn't mean you should mail in the return. Since you have e-filed it already, you will want to wait to get a status update before attempting to file it a different way.   See this FAQ regarding What does pending mean.
