I dont want to file injured spouse but turbotax wont let me send my taxes without filling out the information.

You can delete the Form 8379.

• Log into your tax return and continue it.
• Click on Tax Tools in the left column.
• Then click on Tools; (See the screenshot below)
• Click on Delete a Form  (See the second screenshot below)
  
• Click Delete beside Form 8379.
  
• Confirm you want to delete the form.
• Click Continue
