I don't want premium but it keeps reappearing when i remove it.

As long as you have not already paid for it, you can follow the steps here below to remove Premium Services. When you go through all of the steps below, you want to be sure that you are removing the Premium Services bundle on both the Summary screen and the screen following it.

NOTE: If you have chosen to have TurboTax fees taken out of your refund and you are in California, that Premium Services bundle is required. So you will have to choose a different payment method for your TurboTax fees in order to remove the Premium Services.
