That's pretty vague.  Can you be more specific?   And are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download?)

 

What did you think you didn't finish and why?  Were you efiling and didn't go all the way to the end and click the big orange button "Transmit My Returns Now?"

 

You should explain what you are experiencing so we don't have to keep guessing.

I clicked on sending both entry’s by e-mail. It locked up on me and I don’t think anything was sent.

I meant to say I clicked on mailing my taxes to me and it locked up. I don’t think it finished.

Do you mean mailing your refund to you??   Were you in the process of choosing a refund method and chose to have your refund mailed to you as a paper check in postal mail from the IRS?  And then it locked up right after that?

 

If so, that refund method screen is a long way before you actually transmit the return.  There are several more screens after that before you finish efiling.    I don't know what caused it to lock up.   Go through the steps in the FILE section again.
