I don’t see anywhere on TurboTax for iOS where I can file the 8911 form

To file Form 8911, while logged in to your return:

Click on "Search"
Type in "Form 8911"
Click on "Jump to form 8911"
On the "Your tax breaks" page, scroll down to All tax breaks,
Continue scrolling till you see Cars and Other Things..."
Click on Start next to "Energy-Efficient Vehicle Charging Station"
Continue with the interview
