I DON'T KNOW where the control number IS ON THE 1099-SA FORM

There isn't a control number on the 1099-SA form, just an account number (which isn't required). Make certain you are in the correct location to enter your form in TurboTax.

In your open return, select My Account
Tools
Topic Search
Type '1099-sa' in the box, then select GO

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
