To the best of my knowledge, is you're looking to get a zero number for taxes owed, go to Estimated taxes paid. Then enter the amount owed into estimated taxes paid. Since today is May 17, 2021, you need to pay the amount owed today or incur a penalty.
The only other way I know of to make payment today is to get a check into the mail or make payment through the EFTPS online.
You can always file an extension, but your tax owed is due today.
The penalties are small for most of us. If you're talking a short time period until you can pay, go back to TTax and file an amended return with the correct numbers. You will still owe the same amount in penalties and tax due, so there's no benefit in filing an altered return to get to zero.
Final option is to print and send in the correct return by mail without payment. Then pay the owed amount when you can. Who knows if when or if the IRS will come after you for the unpaid penalty.
I recently heard that Biden is planning on weaponizing the IRS to come after unpaid taxes.
As long as you have not paid yet or filed, you can do this in the File section of the program.
