I was in the active army until august 20th this year, I was not given a W2 when i left. Ive been bouncing around different jobs out of the military, I worked at a gas station, car dealership and restraunt. No w2s given

You'll need to get copies of all your W2 forms from every employer you worked for during 2016. You'll likely need to contact each employer and ask them to send your W2 to your current address.


Get your military W-2 form by submitting a request from the myPay Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) website. You'll need your Social Security number and personal identification number (PIN) to access your account. Follow the "Taxes" link to view and obtain your military W-2.
