I do not have a W-2 but do have the EIN from former employer. To import there is Import Code needed...but without W-2 where do I get that to upload

You won't be able to import without the W-2. You also need the Box 1 wages.

You can contact your former company's payroll department to help you obtain your W-2. The IRS will also assist you, you can contact the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center here: Taxpayer Assistance Center Office Locator
