Then say you did not file a 2022 return, or use "zero" as your 2022 AGI when you try to e-file 2023.

I am living overseas and for 20 years have file my return from Indonesia using Turbo Tax Premiere for expats. Only this year I cannot file on-line as its blocked. How?
