Probably a sole proprietor. These are owned by one person—you don't have any partners. If you are a sole proprietor, your business income and expenses should be reported on Schedule C of your personal return (Form 1040). If you run the business as an LLC and you are the sole owner, the IRS also considers you to be a sole proprietor that also uses Schedule C.
sorry I meant what would be the business type in terms of activity i.e. which one do I select
If you are referring to the business activity code, refer to the IRS instructions 2024 Instructions for Schedule C. Look on page 3, line B for specific instructions to find your business code for nonstores.
