I did the direct bank account to pay

If you request that payment be deducted from you account you do not have to also send in a payment, the payment will be deducted by the IRS.  However, if you want to verify that you did complete it correctly, I would recommend that you call next week by April 20th if it was not deducted from your account on the 18th.   Call the IRS customer service line at 1 800 829 1040
