I did not receive my 1095-A form. Can I still file my taxes?

If you have not received your Form 1095-A or you received an incorrect 1095-A, you should contact the Marketplace from which you received coverage. IF you don't owe to the IRS I would suggest that you file an extension. This will give you time to gather the information that you need. If you are able to file with out it, then you would have to come back and do an amendment, so it is up to you as to witch road you would like to go down.
