I did not receive a 1095A from Healthcare Obamacare. If I file an extension, will my information in Turbo Tax stay until I get the form and can file my taxes

Yes, you can sign out of TurboTax after you file your extension and your work will be saved until you return.  Just go up into the upper margin and click on My Account, then from the dropdown menu select Save & Sign Out.  You can come back and continue when you receive your 1095-A.
