If you are a dependent of your parent's, you are correct, you do not qualify for a tuition credit. Why do you think you don't qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit (LLC)? You've entered something wrong, if TT thinks you do. You may just need to check the Can be Claimed as a Dependent box, in the personal info section.
Delete the1098-T. If you know you don't qualify for a tuition credit (or have taxable scholarship), you do not need to enter any educational expenses. The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return.
