I could have swore that when I elected to have my federal tax return mailed to the IRS, there was an option for Turbo Tax to mail it out for me. Did turbotax mail it out?

When you select to mail your return this needs to be done by you, TurboTax does not mail returns. The reason for this is that when you mail in your taxes the paperwork requires signatures from you in order for the IRS to accept this paperwork.
