I completed my taxes last year with turbotax, however the taxes were done late, and needed to be mailed to the IRS, but never were

You can still print and mail your 2015 return.  So long as you do not owe taxes, there is no penalty for filing late, and you can file up to 3 years late.

If you plan to e-file this year, you would put your AGI as $0 as that is what the IRS has on file for you (even though your AGI was not $0).
