I choose to pay my tax due by checking account when i e-file on turbotax. How can I check that i put in the right information and the payment will be processed in time?

I already e-filed and now i just want to make sure I  input the right date to pay my tax due and it will be processed on that date (as of today), since i did not see any pending transaction on my checking account. Can anybody answer this question? Thanks.
