I changed marketplace insurance companies from July through November but my 1095 a shows I didn't have insurance, what do I do?

You should have received two 1095-A forms, one from each marketplace insurance company that you were covered by. Contact the insurance company from whom you have not received the 1095-A and ask them for a new copy of the 1095-A.

 

Note: the 1095-A may be available online.
