I cant find my w2g that casino gave me. what do I do?

I don't have no w2gs except for one for the year 2022 I lost them all I'm in the hospital in a rehab center trying to learn how to walk again I have no access to get anywhere or do anything to find them but I have winnings for 2022 and I'm in the middle of doing my taxes with TurboTax right now I need help can you look them up I have no idea what my winnings are

TurboTax cannot access any type of tax form for you.

You will have to contact the casino for copies of the W-2G.

So can I just use the form "Annual Activity" to report income and loss?

That should match what was on the W2G.  So using it to prepare your return is probably fine.  But if the two do not match for whatever reason you will probably get a letter from the IRS letting you know.
