What is the error message? Is there a number like 605 or 1234

I cannot open my copy of tt 2025 desktop I keep getting error message.

No error number just a box titled "Looks like we've run into an error" and a box for comments with a send button. I have been using TT for many years and this is the first time I have run into this problem.
