I cannot get past the login screen, it will not let me click "Continue"

I'm on firefox but I used this last year on the same computer and filed just fine, but I'm just trying to login here....

I had similar problem with a new Windows 10 installation and updated Firefox.  I switched over to Microsoft Edge to login and it worked fine.

Exact same issue here - same OS installation and browser from last year, "Continue" does nothing - an XHR request is sent and comes back 200, but completely empty.
