Question
I cannot file my state return because form 8582 keeps generating. Is anyone having the same problem? Does anyone know which form is triggering that form to appear?
We don’t have any properties, rentals, additional income. Not sure why this file is being required from us. And we cannot clear and start over because we already paid and I cleared my cache and cookies. Any help would be appreciated! Do I have to wait for MD to update the form before moving forward. I can’t find it in the delete a form section.
