Yes, you can trying uninstalling and reinstalling, but did you sign in to your Intuit account (which is necessary for the 2023 products).

I now have that same problem with TurboTax 2024 on MacOS. I am logged in (like I am right now) and I can start TurboTax but it only says "you're up to date" and "there are no form updates" and then it QUITS without allowing me to start any form.
