I can't update OR get into my tax file to finish it! I get error code 1603. It has always worked before today.

I have tried over 20 times and turning off and on my computer and I keep getting the error message 1603 fatal error.  I even tried downloading some fix from your site. I need an easy fix, I am not tech savvy. I will call tomorrow and hope someone can help and I don't lose my data.
