I can’t submit!!

i am able to complete everything on my taxes they even took a $40 payment to do my taxes but I am unable to sign and submit? Says they are waiting on the IRS... I’m confused.

Your tax return contains a form or schedule that has not yet been finalized.  Click on Review.  The form or schedule will be listed with an availability date.

There is no date. I’m using the Mobile app. Not sure if that makes a difference. But there is no “available” date anywhere.
