I can’t set up Apple Pay and I’ve already filed my federal. Is there another option to process this?

TurboTax does not accept Apple Pay. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay for your TurboTax fees right out of your federal tax refund. There is an additional fee for this service

I prepaid for filing my federal taxes, but I don't think I needed to. I should have qualified for the "free" filing. Now I'm being made to pay AGAIN for filing state tax.
