I can't payment tax fee because my debt or credit cards haven't being enough money

If you cannot pay your fees using a credit or debit card --- then you cannot file now unless you are able to use the option to pay from a federal refund.   Is your federal refund enough to pay the fees?

And....remember---if you do not owe or are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing after the deadline.  You can wait until you have enough to pay with a card.

I personally do not like suggesting paying from your refund because it means you are charged an EXTRA refund processing fee of $40 ($45 in CA). and there are too many other things that can go wrong when you use refund processing.  But it is  an option if your refund is enough.
