I can't log in keep getting an XML error code

I keep getting this when trying to log in and do 2018 taxes:

 

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    You will need to contact TurboTax support for this situation ….

    ....and..if you are on a phone.  Just Don't !

     

    Get to a full Windows or MAC computer, or fairly large-screen tablet, and use the browser login there instead.

    Phone displays are  limited, and too many critical items are missed.  Your taxes are too important to be preparing them on a phone.
