Employers have until January 31 to mail your W-2 so you may still receive it. If you don't receive it by the beginning of February, contact your employer's Payroll or Human Resources Department.
If you continue to have issues getting your W-2, you can contact the IRS to contact your employer to request the missing W-2. Another option is to complete a substitute W-2 by filling out Form 4852 in TurboTax.
