I can't get a hold of state return number

I call them and wait for hours with no pickup. Can I go down to an office in Colorado springs?

I filed 2024 returns using Turbotax Deluxe Fed. & State Desktop. 4 2024, NC required its own form to calc its allowable biz. NOL. Turbotax didn't fill in. Why?
