I can't e-file my state tax return for 2023 with estimated taxes for 2024 electronic payment dates filled in. It keeps telling me I can only enter the 1st payment date.

If I only enter the first payment date, then the other quarters won't be scheduled.

I had to make a small adjustment to my NC State return; it required a small adjustment to my federal. TurboTax says I owe my full federal amount again. Am I misreading?
