I can't do a second return using the same email address. I do every thing they ask but it will not work

I log out and then try to start a second return but no matter what user ID I put in they say it has already been taken and kick me back to the first return. Can someone help?

Never start another return by going back and overwriting everything in the return you just filed. This will replace your info, which means you won't be able to retrieve your return later. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information:
