I'm using TurboTax Online. If that's the case, then why isn't it clear when I try to add it? It should prompt me to upgrade if I want to add them. In my case it just doesn't do anything. So frustrating.
Hi PatriciaV,
I logged out and started TT online on new browser with no pop-up blockers and all cookies enabled. I do not even get an option to upgrade.
To upgrade your version of TurboTax:
Hello,
I tried to upgrade according to the instruction (even though I previously selected the TurboTax Live Assist version) but I still get kick back to the "Wages & Income" page and unable to input my schedule k-1 amount. I've also tried to clear cookies & cache on my Mac and restart my computer. None of the methods suggest work to allow me to input my schedule k-1 amount. Please help ASAP!
Regards
The upgrade should have allowed you to enter Schedule K-1. Since you have paid for Live Assist, contact your TurboTax Live Agent for assistance. You can get help from your tax expert between 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time. For more info, see How do I connect with a Tax Expert in TurboTax Live?
