I can not upload or download. received doc ment in mail. i am not tec savy

We do not have very much to file as in the past.  we have same documents as last year.  Can  you not pull them up from last year? the amount changed is all

No one else has access to your documents.  What documents do you have?    We cannot see your screen or your tax return.   

If you use the same account with the same user ID that you used last year, your 2022 information can be transferred over to 2023.  

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
