I can not remove form 8857 Innocent spouse....

How do I remove??? I cannot file without removing.... I tried all answers are NO and it will not take it off....

Click on Forms in the upper right of the screen using Windows or the upper left using Mac

In Forms mode locate the Form 8857 on the left side of the screen.  Click on it to open.  At the bottom of the page click on Delete Form
