I bought TurboTax Home & Business at Costco, for my Mac, however my Mac doesn't have a CD-ROM. Can I prove my purchase and get a download from Intuit?

Find another MAC that has a CD drive and copy the contents of the CD to a USB thumb drive. Then you can install it on your MAC from the thumb drive. Otherwise, you have to wait until Monday morning to call TT telephone support.

The Costco box should have a paper inside with a phone number to call for a download.

When asked to enter a question do not say "Refund" or you will get information about tax refunds, say "Billing Issue" or something else.
