I bought 2016 Turbotax, but my computer is too old I can't open it. I have a Mac with 10.7.5. How can I get started on line. Or do I get my money back?

I would recommend calling into the TurboTax support. If you already bought the TurboTax Desktop software, they will be able to help you. Make sure you have a verification code or order number off your current product.
