Sorry but you did choose Deluxe and agreed to pay for it and there are no refunds of the Online Version fees once paid ... do you not remember these screens where the upgrade was suggested or required ?

Hello, When I did my amendment I was told at the end screen I would be given $130. Now I'm charged $85 and through talking with OTC & Turbo no one will offer any help.
