I am wondering if I can still deduct the cost of LASIK surgery if I got a loan to pay for the surgery.

Yes, you can deduct the surgery cost paid with the loan.  You are required to pay back the loan, therefore the surgery is considered to have been paid by you.  

As to the actual Lasik surgery - Lasik eye surgery to correct your vision is a deductible medical expense.
