Please describe your situation with enough details (no personal info) so that people will know what you are doing, including what product you are using for your 2024 return--Online TurboTax or desktop software??
It's still not clear what you need to know. Nearly everyone will be using the 2023 AGI for verification purposes when they efile a return. So do you have the 2023 AGI or not? In your original post you said you have it. And also what do you mean by "different email?" What does that have to do with it? Are you trying to use Online TurboTax and can't log into your account? i.e., are you having a problem with the User ID? Or you can't find your online 2023 return, or what? If you used a different email address, we can help you get back into your account.

I'm sorry, but I still have no idea what your issue is, since you have not provided a full detailed explanation. I don't even know what tax year return you are talking about and how it was prepared--Online TurboTax or desktop software. I don't know what your concern is about the 2023 AGI mentioned in the title of this thread and which you say you have, or what you mean now by asking about your "payment that I am due or that I owe."
You have a couple of options. You can either try again to explain your issue in full so that perhaps someone in this user forum can understand it, or if you prefer, you can phone TurboTax Support and talk to someone. Perhaps in a real-time conversation it will be easier for you to explain your issue. This time of year they are open every day from 5AM-9PM Pacific.
