I don't even know what tax year return you are talking about and how it was prepared--Online TurboTax or desktop software. I don't know what your concern is about the 2023 AGI mentioned in the title of this thread and which you say you have, or what you mean now by asking about your "payment that I am due or that I owe."
You have a couple of options. You can either try again to explain your issue in full so that perhaps someone in this user forum can understand it, or if you prefer, you can phone TurboTax Support and talk to someone. Perhaps in a real-time conversation it will be easier for you to explain your issue. This time of year they are open every day from 5AM-9PM Pacific.
